Refunds and Cancellations


We offer a no-quibble 90 day refund policy on all app purchases made through the Play Store.

If you would like a refund within the first 48 hours of purchasing -
Simply visit the application page in Google Play and press the 'Refund' button;  This button will be active for 48 hours starting from the time of purchase.

After the 48 hour refund window, but within 90 days -
If you want to cancel, but your 48 hour refund window has expired, you will need to contact us directly here and provide your purchasing account information so that we can look up your order.  We will process the manual cancellation and refund as quickly as possible.  Any associated app licences will automatically expire once refunded.

After 90 days - 
We are unable to refund orders after the 90 day window has lapsed.

Please note: this refund policy applies to first purchases only; we are unable to issue refunds for subsequent purchases of the same product.
